Securitas Electronic Security: I’d recommend - Project Manager Securitas Technology Employee Review

Learned so much from my peers and mentors, loved the culture and environment.

I did not have any negative experiences.

It’s a job. They pay you to work. They provide a company vehicle, cell phone, and lap top.

Management gets bored and starts squeezing the service techs and hourly employees. Gets old. They have town hall meetings every year telling us how great they are doing but don’t provide any type of bonus to the hourly employees. Insurance premiums go up more than wages most years. Annual pay increases don’t seem to be linked to your review and rarely beat inflation. They rank you on metrics that you have no control over.
