Pros

There's nothing positive about working at this bizarre woke place.

Cons

They push hard for diversity equity and inclusion but all the top people are white males. They only promote gay people, women and blacks, however, you might get lucky if you have family members working there. Hiring and firing is their game as the entire business is nothing but a spinning, revolving door. Diverse employees are allowed to wear what they want while the others have to wear a uniform. Biological men are allowed to use the ladies room and a culture of fear keeps everybody silent. Employees are trained to tell on everybody for every little thing. They time you when you use the restroom. They make up excuses to keep you down and not give you a raise. The attendance policy is straight out of Nazi Germany. They constantly spy on you, listen to your calls and try to get you for every little thing. Men dress up like they're coming to a drag queen show, and yes, they still push face masks if you get sick. Securitas technology is not just woke, they are Godless and pure evil! Management, HR, none of them can be trusted, they will all stab you in the back at the drop of a hat.

Pros

It’s a job. They pay you to work. They provide a company vehicle, cell phone, and lap top.

Cons

Management gets bored and starts squeezing the service techs and hourly employees. Gets old. They have town hall meetings every year telling us how great they are doing but don’t provide any type of bonus to the hourly employees. Insurance premiums go up more than wages most years. Annual pay increases don’t seem to be linked to your review and rarely beat inflation. They rank you on metrics that you have no control over.
