Didn’t provide experience in installation as well as maintenance to allow me to become competent engineer Would use excuses as to why experience can’t be given Made me drop fire pathway due to no work in my area Constant change of office staff so changes would never be implemented Lack of response from office staff to help with apprenticeship and constantly “passing the book” onto other staff Didn’t honour contract agreement of annual pay reviews Apprentice manager left several months into 4 year apprenticeship and wasn’t even made aware, let alone not ensuring that role was filled Had an extension to get much need install experience, was sent out to knock down maintenance jobs (to help the team) Poor pay
