Overall Great management, flexible whne it comes to time off and family needs, they will even allow you to bring your child or pet to work if you have to. They pay 100% of my insurance.

As it is a small company the chance to advance is not as great as a large company but the job securtity is amazing. The on-board traing could be better.

You will gain experience in the IT field and learn how to troubleshoot and solve problems.

You will be expected to work a lot of weekends and holidays with no pay or comp time so you are actually making less than you think when you add the extra hours and opportunity costs as you wont be able to do a second job since you are going to be on call. Their software is proprietary and is hard to transition the experience you gain to other careers outside of support
