Pros
I enjoy working at SRLabs because of its working environment, its learning opportunities and community of colleagues. Working at SRLabs is very motivating, as it usually involves projects with well-known and well-established clients. This makes the working environment very professional and the experience overall very pleasant. Additionally, in this company there is always room for improvement, and there is great flexibility and understanding towards the worker's desires to learn more about a specific field may be useful to your position. Finally, the team of colleagues is very friendly and comfortable. Our yearly work retreat allows the team to come closer and create stronger bonds, which are reflected team-work forward approach.
Cons
The only thing I would change about SRLabs is for the inclusion of a more diverse working force. Although our team is very diverse when it comes to nationalities, gender diversity is slightly lacking and that is a very important issue to combat.
