Pros
Aspired to be Family-like cos can not sell anything else. Placements to clients’ offices still good because clients pay follow clients but internal placement no way. Gave peanuts crumbs but work-well w long term employees who have not seen the world outside. Good luck I’m leaving.
Cons
Typical SME squeezes every drops but everyone act friendly but typically tough life and industry. No investment even in basic office stuffs, let alone a proper office setup. Work space safety is compromised.
