      Pros

      Opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects. Great contractors. Some good staff members who are very knowledgable.

      Cons

      Very toxic and clické work environment. If you’re not in with the right people, then you are pushed aside and made to feel very uncomfortable. Forced to work weekends and overtime under a ‘verbal agreement’. Senior management put pressure on to the employees to work unpaid overtime. Disagreement to this leads to arguments and a black mark against your name. You have to be a Yes person to last.

      Good finance manager and team

      Cons

      Very toxic culture, especially with the management. Making people feel very uncomfortable and undervalued. Financial controller was very controlling and contradicting in what he tells you. Forced to go to team bonding sessions outside of working time or risk failing probation. Told to have lunch with coworkers even though it is your free time. Told I was above the level expected in my work but was to quiet so was told I will fail my probation
