Pros
Decent insurance benefits Advanced Technology for claims management
Cons
Forced return to office for many living more than an hour away, and given only 2 months to readjust their lives to accommodate driving into the office 3 days a week. No increase to salary despite the additional expenses driving in would cause. Caring counts is their core values, but let me assure you, they don't follow it. Upper leadership treats everyone like a number, and micromanage with the only mindset on numbers. I was a leader there and felt constant pressure, terrible work/life balance and no support from peers or leadership. I would not recommend Sedgwick to anyone. If you end up excelling in your role, they will keep you where you are and tell you to "bloom where you're planted" and you can make a difference in your current role as opposed to supporting for promotion and growth.
