Work was long and tedious

There is a glitch dog that lives at this company. That is great for people who want their backpacks torn open, or food on their desk eaten when they aren’t looking. Hot chocolate in break room that you can leave in the coffee machine for someone else to throw away.

If you want to work at a place where you feel watched, judged, and disrespected at all times come to Sediver. Departments spy on other departments, and report to management on employees spending time in their phones, talking too much etc. Management has zero clue or care for what is going on with their employees. Management is not there for you, no matter what. They will fire employees with a 0 day warning and have them walked out and removed from the property. Kim, the controller has little to no respect for her employees, and did not provide any help for problems. HR was extremely disrespectful, and pried into personal things as if she was a therapist.
