      Really great vision and strategy from Exec team You're working with the best of the best Culture is hardworking, and the people want to be successful.

      Cons

      The last couple of years the company has changed significantly, for the better, but of course along the journey there are learnings. I think the company has shown progress and learning wherever possible.

      Pros

      Some really good people work here and the CEO is a nice guy. Remote work and flexibility.

      Cons

      Sedna preaches culture and the importance of it. This company chocolate coats it's true self but once you bite into that's when the disappointment sets in. They are what I would consider chocolate covered brussels sprouts. Sweet looking but at heart composed of smelly cabbage. Sales organization lacks direction and good leadership. Micro management and toxic sales environment. Very little room for career development and growth.
