Production level co-workers are good hearted, hard working people. Clean working environment. Inventory levels are replenished well enough to maintain production.

Management is horrible and unprofessional. The president of the company is clearly, way in over his head in his abilities to run a company and manage people. He is very emotionally driven, and extremely easily manipulated into making poor decisions. Several people there have positions that give them limited authoritative power, of which they have no qualifications to exercise the authority. It is a very tiny company with products that are poorly designed and have substandard manufacturing processes. Product quality would be easy to improve considering they are at the rock bottom as it is. The business improvements would have to start at the top and remove the highly unqualified people that run the business and those who attempt to manage employees. It comes down to business 101 principals that they fail miserably at, and product concept and design that could easily be swallowed by a competitor that is run more like a business as opposed to a shade tree, garage operation.
