      Pros

      Really great team and the office is in a great location in northern quarter. The team really do make it, a good laugh but all on the same mission to be a successful start up. Really informal and safe environment with regular team get togethers.

      Cons

      Start up environment can be frustrating and be prepared to wear a few different hats as there’s a lot to get done.
