Admin team and colleagues are kind

The company is very unstable, very high turn over, no one lasts long in this company employees are very disposable, even if you achieve your “target” in sales your job is not secure, the management make decisions like lower commissions after a deal is closed and sometimes decide not to pay commissions. Office looks very fancy but it’s just for show, and they have a huge sales team and an after sales team of 1 or 2 people only.
