Rude management, high turnover even in manager level, some manager work here only for 1 months, some only for 3 days, micro manage

Good colleague, provides skill growth

-low low low salary. Executive got paid 2.5k only -no career advancement. No senior position. U work under manager until ur manager gone -NO OVERTIME CLAIM (manager thinks salary above 2.4k deserve no claim which is OBSURD -works saturday even tho the job poster says work 5days only -need to travel a lot bcs understaffed. -no proper system despite being a retail company. Different staffs order things from suppliers using different methods. -boss doesnt like staffs taking MC. He just wants to squeeze you until you can no longer work and have no time for yourself -management will ask you to devote your whole life to the barely surviving company
