Pros

The benefits package is good.

Cons

Unless you're at the Charlotte HQ you're going to struggle with the company. Cox's acquisition drove much talent out the door. Not enough staff for service delivery and turn up times for service is well over 6 months. No good tools to do your job if you're in sales.

Pros

Great team atmosphere. Colleagues are always will to help and collaborate. Pay is okay

Cons

You can pretty much only rely on your teams for help, guidance, or support. Management doesn’t know what you do and will likely just point u to another teammate for direction (head management specifically. seldom do they have an ans for u. Training is also non existent. HR isn’t supportive or helpful with ur concerns either.
