Your coworkers are cool you stay long as you can for em.

Cons

Too many cons. Owners are never in their restaurants but they make changes that affect everyone's lives. Pay servers the minimum server wage but give a part of the tips to the cooks to avoid paying fair wages to us all. It's a revolving door with the same core team that hates the company. The managers are lazy and avoid helping at all costs. If you like being yelled at by higher management and hate your life it's an alright gig. Alright meaning people walk out and quit without notice to avoid staying any longer.
