I really like the idea of everyone being able to chat with anyone, with no hierarchy, just like our MD said. And for such high-ranking leaders, the CEOs, CISOs, CROs, CDOs and even our MD has no hesitation in helping me with my work. They even share valuable insights on how to grow in your career.
These leaders are incredibly humble, and honestly, it’s surprising. Seriously! In my 13 to 15 years of working experience, I’ve rarely had the chance to meet C-level executives or company owners who are willing to come down, connect with their staff, and genuinely offer help. I’m truly impressed. I wish I had known them earlier ahahah!
This is exactly what every employee hopes for. An environment with no boundaries, but where respect remains strong. Leaders like this don’t need to ask for respect. People naturally admire and respect them. It creates a positive vibe and a creative atmosphere. I vote for this 110%!
