So far you guys are doing well.

Since Select's parent company UNFI is so large, they are able to provide great health and retirement benefits. Other than that, not much else.

The company was mostly family run and within the last year it experienced a high turnover, all have left. The current leadership has in turn gotten jobs for all their friends or previous co-workers. There is an incredible amount of favoritism and cliques depending on what department you are in. There is no communication or respect between departments or within the company as a whole. There is no room for advancement or promotion as senior leadership doesn't believe in rewarding great work and accomplishment.
