      -High productivity standards- 90%- questioned if 1% below -Vacation roll over is very complicated -Pay schedule can be confusing -Try to negotiate a high hourly rate- pay raises do not happen

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
