      Loved trying to make the patients day despite the horrible facility they were living in

      Cons

      Select Rehab is a terrible company. They don't really care about their workers & have a terrible system. Would never want to work for Select again.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
