      Poor pay, tyranny atmosphere, expected to work at ridiculous pace in worst case scenarios with no thought for mental effects on staff, no support or even basic help for therapists by manager and above

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
