Management does NOT care about people, their workload, contributions to the company, or other people's opinions except theirs, a constant culture of bullying & harassment by management (also supported by many other employee reviews) that is normalized and goes to the highest levels of the company, goes out of their way to interfere in future partnerships as well out of selfishness and greed all while maintaining a carefully crafted inability and refusal to be accountable for any of it.
