Pros

People and planet first office culture. Positive, friendly and supportive team. Creative and fun out of office activities. Flexi time and flexi remote working opportunities. Often an early finish Friday if team weekly workload managed. Professional development opportunities. Wiliness to learn and adapt to improve on all levels for the benefit of staff, clients and planet. CEO approachable and easy to talk to.

Cons

Can get busy but nothing unexpected for agency environment and their is always support Couple of recent (Covid) hires negatively impacted the office culture but have now left and there is a good balance in the team again. Shame to lose some some previous team members who have moved on to new challenges. Additional: Negative comments from other reviews are likely from hires that could not fit into a typical digital agency environment. Selesti hands down is the best working environment and culture I've worked in. Understandable it's not for everyone as it can be fast paced and sometimes pressure to deliver but it's very rewarding and the team pull together to support each other.

Pros

There were some great people working at Selesti that you could learn a lot from. Flexible working existed before pandemic so they already know how to work remotely. Some great clients to work with.

Cons

Owner is absent. Wades in periodically to change everything based on a podcast he listened to the night before. Ignores people who walk the walk favours those who talk the talk. Absent owner means management is left to the talkers and that causes high turnover. Like working with someone? They’ll leave in a few months. Got concerns. Keep them to yourself, they won’t be listened to anyway. Agency policy is to underservice the client in order to make more profit. Owner is obsessed with creating loads of different brand names for the same team and pretending he runs a group. Talking the talk instead of walking the walk.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m sorry your time with the team wasn’t all good and that you felt let down on occasions. I take ultimate responsibility for the company and would never wish for anyone not to feel supported. I’m pleased you liked working with the team. You’re right; we have a great group of people here! I’m also glad you enjoyed the flexible working environment and the brilliant clients. For health and personal reasons, I had to take more time away from the team than I wanted to last year. I’m sorry we couldn’t speak more about your concerns and share ideas. I care very much about our team, and, it’s our ethos to support diverse views, listen to feedback, concerns and become a better version of ourselves with each opportunity. If you would like the opportunity to speak in more detail with me, I would be very open to it. I want to assure you that I take your feedback seriously, thank you again. Kind regards Ollie (Founder & CEO)
