Lot of rules and regulations from parent company.

The Electronics were interesting. Fantastic, hard working assemblers.

I witnessed one of the managers drama queen episodes on my first day. Management does not understand much electronics and is quick to jump to false conclusions and point fingers. So much negativity from management. Very sadistic management style, total control, keeping people on a leash. Parts and equipment to do the job are not always available yet the bean counting never stops. The place is like a juice press squeezing everything they can get from people. Poor design and low quality parts are responsible for many of the failures yet the blame falls on the test technicians. If you have a family the insurance premium will set you back almost a weeks pay and still has a very high deductible. The HR department is controlled by management and useless in supporting the employee.
