Pros
+ Vast majority of more experienced staff are quite friendly and approachable +Line managers are usually quite flexible, will help you when you need it + Opportunities to work in more than one department +Pay is more than enough to pay for living costs in West Cumbria
Cons
- Location is VERY remote, difficult to adjust to if you've not lived in rural England before - Many instances where I couldn't be given any work, even if I asked - At times felt much more like an admin job than an engineering job
