good salary, really good team communication, small team, have no time controlling stuff, founders are really good guys

because of money shortage - there was shortage in personal, and now - for project that requires at least 5 people - there's a team of 2 people, that also needs to maintain another fields of company. There was no salary review for almost 1.5-2 years
