      Pros

      The quality of people is amazing, everybody is respectful and patient. Lots of small perks and gifts from the company really makes you feel appreciated. Good product, not the most cutting edge but is recession prof, not fab. Work life balance is the best I had in the industry.

      Cons

      Not many. Some mid level managers try experimental approaches to management. Keep it simple, no social experiments please.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing with a very supportive dynamic. I've been given opportunities to grow in and outside of my role. The rate of growth has been a whirwind but very positive.

      Cons

      It has taken awhile for some process and procedures to get it place and can be very frustrating as answers only trickle down from the top.
