Pros
- Stable - Maybe the salary is a little above the average of the networking ODM companies in Taiwan.
Cons
- Employer never shares the earning with employees - Spending very little money on R&D, resulting in the failures of most product lines. - To reduce expense, R&D dept only can use Libre Office. - Super micro-management by chairman, strict office rules. Must keep the desk and environment very clean. - Short-sighted in management and business.
