Pros
Highly challenged. Very Vietnamese's working environment (fun & a lot of party, friendly). Make it to the senior management team means getting region acknowledgment (but before that, you're nobody).
Cons
The salary is unbalanced and a little lower than peers. Very Vietnamese's working style (a lot of paperwork and procedures). Becoming too big, too fast, getting more and more HR & management issues.
