No cons in my book

Probably the best company I’ve ever worked for. I had a really positive experience with work duties, income, management, time off, etc. Management is very understanding and personable; they care about your personal life, are very flexible, and make sure you and your family are well taken care of. Communication about changes in the field, your progress and success as an agent, etc. was great. Expectations were well communicated and reasonable. Relaxing family environment with good work/life balance. Management was very good about making time to not only listen to, but also find a solution to any issues that came up. This place is good for you if you are patient and have a positive attitude; not for you if you need “right now” money.

Not a lot of negative to say, but no place of employment is perfect. When I first began, the training process was a little poor; I’m certain things have improved since. It takes time to begin making good money in this field (approx. 4-6 months min.); that wasn’t communicated the best during the interview process.
