Pros

Some of my coworkers are great. Other than that, not much. I do like being out of the home office drama and there is a lot of it.

Cons

Management is not great and wasn't before the transition from Primesource. Long hours and lack of communication (pretty non-existent) from the home office. Everyone is so busy and overworked the nursing homes and patients suffer from less than stellar service. Some days it is difficult to put one foot in front of the other. I thought this new company would be a good change and was excited about it, but I'm not seeing any improvement. The numbers are more important than anything else.
