We’re very proud of the team and the efforts everyone puts forward to uphold the working environment that we’ve collectively built, especially as we’ve moved toward hybrid as a permanent model. Like perks and benefits, we know that review and iteration to ensure the best environment requires active efforts. I particularly appreciate your comments on career advancement and salary. Professional enablement is very important to us and we review both performance and advancement opportunities on a regular basis. We’re very proud of the many Senseis who have been promoted over the last few years! Salaries, pay bands, and benchmarking are done on a quarterly basis and our team strives to provide industry and size competitive pay, benefits, and perks. Additionally, every team member at Sensei participates in our Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) as a fellow co-owner of our business. Although we may not be at the top of the salary market, we believe the many advantages of life in a smaller startup far outweigh the mostly financial incentives of large tech companies.
