      Pros

      Senseye provides the opportunity to work with brilliant coworkers who love what they do. The CEO is young but a true visionary and excels at inspiring his employees. The company truly cares about its employees. It is growing fast but still small enough to feel like a close knit group of friends. This place is ahead of our times in more ways than one, and I am so happy I found my way here.

      Cons

      Things change quickly, given that it is a startup. As long as you can deal with a little uncertainty in what priorities will be day to day, it is fine.

      Pros

      Extremely talented group that works well together. A mission you can understand and want to contribute to. Room to be creative and open with ideas. Doing something completely new.

      Cons

      Tight schedules. Normal schedule is out the window, but that is a startup when you are trying to improve an entire industry.

      The company offers flexible hours, modern office space, and enthusiastic colleagues.

      Cons

      The company was consistently behind on payroll for months at a time, unclear expectations and directions from upper management, and poor judgment/strategy by CEO.
