      You have to work on different project on client side If your client doesn't renew your project than you may be assign to new project or will have to stay on bench till you are assign

      Pros

      Started working for Sentaca in Jan 2017. Great combination of technology, compensation, and fun/engaging work environment. Services business model with changing roles/responsibilities keep the job "fresh", and don't get stuck on long product lifecycles. Company is rapidly growing, which makes it even more fun. Flexibility to work from home, when required.

      Cons

      Coffee could use an upgrade.
