Growth can be uncomfortable at times. Onboarding and training at scale have been a challenge; however, Sentry has taken significant steps to emphasize the importance of training and knowledge as we head into 2017 and beyond. The number of already scheduled domestic and international training opportunities for Sentry employees in 2017 is more than double the amount of training which took place in 2016. What has been a weaker link in the last couple of years should become a strength soon.
