Pros
Some of the coolest problems and technologies are at play here! I do like all of my co-workers. The company founders have great ambitions and grand ideas.
Cons
Typical start-up company patterns are observed. These are not bad per se, but they might cause frustration. For example, because things change quickly, sometimes it is not clear what is the next mile-stone and what is the ideal end result.
