Production supervisors and leads tend to talk down to operators.
No growth opportunities even though tuition reimbursement is offered.
No recognition for job well done--ever.
Louisville sight can't seem to get out of the 20th century. Boys club! Old policies!
Old manufacturing equipment breaks drown or causes issues.
Don't take the job without a full tour!
Clear separation between the production folks and the office folks with animosity between them.
For office staff job offers, if the offer is too good to be true, it is.
No vision insurance, poor dental insurance.
Production had mandatory OT almost every single Saturday.
Management doesn't listen to anyone but management. They will interrupt you, roll their eyes, walk away, or dismiss what you just said.
