New management since 3-2017 emphasizes organization, safety, fairness in bidding for routes based on seniority. Provide good training, competitive pay, 401K matching, vehicle maintenance. I like feeling like I was doing something important (transporting these children safely from place to place. Employees are valued.
Cons
Naperville bus yard small, tight, some routes short. Not always enough parking close to building for aides. This type of work can be stressful transporting some special needs students, early morning start times.
