      Pros

      The only pro is when you get to go home after your shift and not get stuck doing a double shift.

      Cons

      Always messed up on OT pay, have to do a double shifts many time because guards never showed up to their shift, 30 minutes break, expect you to work the next day after doing a double shift, dangerous job working at a shelter with nothing to protect yourself with.

      One of the best reasons for work in Sera Security is everyone work as team and take very serious the job
