      The staff is a family and are always willing to help out no matter what If your willing to put the time in management will put their time into helping you grow.

      Its work what else but you have to love this field to be here.

      Pros

      Administration operates with INTEGRITY. Staff is great to work alongside. You are treated with respect. It's truly a teamwork makes the dreamwork environment. Creativity is welcomed. (Within DCF guidelines) Compensation is competitive. Truly cares about the growth and development of the children. Amazing parent/staff relationships. Owner/Director always present. Paid holidays, vacation, sick days and other incentives/benefits. Open door policy.

      Cons

      I almost want to make something up to fill this section HOWEVER it's NOTHING that comes to mind as a Con.
