Need Management improvement - Anonymous employee Serenic Software Employee Review

Excellent company to work for with a great team! The solution the company sells and services provides a significant amount of value for their customers. Additonally, Serenic works with the Non-profit and Public Sector markets which allow you to work with folks who are making a difference in their communities. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to work for Serenic and should have never left.

Was a little chaotic during the acquisition of the company by the VC firm in 2014 but things settled down.

Mostly virtual staff. Good benefits. Lots of flexibility. Wonderful working with customers in the nonprofit sector. Smart, talented staff with many years of experience.

Salaries lower than average and few increases in recent years. In the process of being sold, so future is a bit uncertain.
