Working at Sereno has been a brilliant experience. Everyone is super friendly, approachable, and genuinely a lot of fun to be around. They really focus on people here, both employees (and clients!) – which makes our work environment feel really positive. One of the best things is how much they encourage us to reach our potential. It’s literally part of the company’s ethos, and I’ve definitely felt so supported in learning and growing professionally. I've picked up tons of new skills and truly have enjoyed being part of Sereno. Teamwork is huge here, and it’s great to see how everyone collaborates and supports each other. We all work hard and give 100%, but what’s motivating is that our efforts never go unnoticed - and we all celebrate each others wins & successes. It makes it rewarding and motivates us a lot. It’s been amazing being part of this team, and I’m really excited to see where Sereno goes next!

To be honest, I can’t think of anything that stands out as a "con". Every work place has its challenges, but here they’re always handled in a way that’s focused on learning, growth and improvement.

Sereno is exactly where I want to be. From day one, it’s been clear that this company was built with genuine care — not just for providing the best possible service to our partners, but also for creating an incredible internal culture. There’s a real focus on supporting each other, helping everyone grow both individually and as a team, and it makes a huge difference in day-to-day work life. We spend so much of our time at work, and it’s rare to find a place where you genuinely enjoy being part of the environment but Sereno is that place. I hear it all the time from our partners and my colleagues about how we’ve changed perceptions of what an IT support company can be, and I couldn’t agree more. From the inside, it’s clear that the same care we show our partners is mirrored internally, and I’m excited to see how far we can keep pushing the bar.

Everything is great so hard to think of anything to put here... I am sure there will be challenges as there is everywhere but its about how these are overcome and I don't doubt that with the approaches taken so far all hurdles will be tacked promptly, fairly, and with the same caring mindset that has already been taken.
