Pros
- The team was the best I have ever worked with - incredibly supportive, fun and kind, with an emphasis on all team members learning the different roles. - Opportunities for career progression as there is an emphasis on hiring from within the existing team. - Clients are lovely and you have the opportunity to build great relationships with them. - Relatively easy job if you are organised and remain on top of your work.
Cons
- Very high staff turnover rate does not reflect well on the company as clients want to see the same staff on a regular basis. - Low pay considering the hours worked and that you can make far more by working for another similar company. - You will work a minimum of 30 minutes without pay everyday. The starting hour is 8:30 but you are expected in the office for 8am. - Sometimes staff are hired without adequate training/trial shifts which can often result in them leaving or being fired early on. - The amount you need to earn before you receive bonus is unachievable unless you are in Sydney, London, etc. Can result in low morale when not achieving targets each month.
