Pros
Even as an intern your voice is heard, with active participation in meetings and plannings, not just being a spectator, and depending on the tasks you are given with, you get to participate in important meetings or get to present your work to important stakeholders as well.
You can expect to be treated warm and friendly like a normal employee, with everyone eager and willing to teach you things that you do not know, while given more margins of mistakes as an intern. The vibe is chill and relaxed, there is no drama, no bureaucracy, no politics of any sort during my stay here - aka there will not be unnecessary sources of stress unrelated to work, which is a good thing.
Work life balance is upheld well here, with a hybrid work mode, discourages overtime work, there will not be a need where you need to work over your predetermined hours or during weekends at all, if anything they encourage you to take your well-deserved rest.
Cons
As an SME, the compensation is surely a bit on the lower side for sure. If you are a financially driven person who puts salary as the top priority over anything else, this place might not be for you.
The area it is in, Bangsar South, has quite a high standard of living, and thus associated expenses will also be high, there are affordable food choices available, but the choices will be very limited - you can't afford to be too picky.
