Pros
This company has taken me places and gave me the opportunity to do things I never imagined. I spent months struggling to get my foot in the door in an IT job, I had the skills necessary, but lacked the work experience to be considered. ServerHub was willing to take the risk and bringing me on the team, and I couldn't have been more grateful. Fast forward a few months and I was getting sent on trips all over the country to set up new locations. I even got to spend 2 weeks in Europe to setup a new location and attend a hosting conference at Euorpa Park. It was an experience I never imagined I would have the opportunity to accomplish! Serverhub looks for employees who are willing to grow with the company, and management does everything they can to promote that. I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity I was given and I am looking forward to being an employee here for a very long time.
Cons
The only cons I can think of are the long hours I sometimes have to put in, but when you are doing something you are passionate about, it no longer feels like a job but instead you are just working on your hobby, so I'm not even sure if I would consider it a con.
