Pros
I honestly can't think of any, but a small percent of the co-workers are amazing people. I also owe my thicker skin to Service Finance, which I'm grateful for but it caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety.
Cons
I'm really choosing my words carefully because I know negative reviews come off as disgruntled employees who needed to let off some steam after getting fired or laid off. That's not the case here. If you're considering working for this company, you need to know it is family owned and the owners do whatever they want. Most important thing to know is the owner/ CFO is a hot head who is disrespectful and condescending. You WILL be screamed at and spoken to unprofessionally. Usually because he caused a problem that you were somehow supposed to prevent. There's no HR department. Zero self control and he makes no apologies for it. Unfortunately, you WILL miss out on the promotion you want because it goes to their family friends whom they decide to bring on as a new hire. You will also be promised bonuses which never come. If you interview, ask about benefits. There's no 401K, (they've been promising that for years now) you get 5 vacation days after 1 year of employment, and pittiful healthcare. The sales team and Account Managers don't make commission. They're cheap. If your printer breaks you won't get a new one for at least a week. They have no integrity but will promise you things until they're blue in the face with no intention of following through, and keep saying you're the best until you can't stomach it anymore. If only we could pay our bills with compliments.
