Pros

Working at home. Working at home, oh and did I mention: working at home. The other agents are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

no ability to work outside the box to solve problems for the customer. policies that do not promote creative thinking. no published employee manual or information regarding performance reviews. people are just given what the achievement stat should be to make performance bonus, but no metrics for meeting most but not all. supporting a company that is slowly desecrating their reputation by website non-disclosure and trickery.
