Working at ServisHero has been truly incredible. Love how getting things done is the first core value introduced when we first joined and it is demonstrated through every day's works. I've been with ServisHero for more than a year and still learning a lot from the diversely talented team who knows how to work and play hard. My mentors and colleagues have given actionable and constructive feedback, that allow me to grow professionally and personally. My favorite part about ServisHero is that we have a Slack channel and a weekly "Swarming" session for regional updates, questions, sharing and thanking people for contributions that keep us engaged and appreciated.
Cons
- You will be expected to take more initiatives, give feedback and ask for support when needed, in which leadership team is always ready to listen and help. - This is not the best place if you are looking for an easy stable 9-6 job with lucrative income and stress-free environment. However it's among the best for people who want to grow with a family-like team or to develop entrepreneurial skills.
