Pros

If you like the beauty industry products are absolutely amazing. The office is nice and it has a canteen. Overall, people is extremly nice and i’ve always felt comfortable.

Cons

No strategy whatsoever. The president makes unrational decisions and it’s sorrounded by suck-up employees that support his madness. Some of the employees are mediocer and strive to do the bare minimum and feel personally attacked when someone tries to change (analize, optimize or improve) some projects or tasks. This may be encouraged by the overall craziness of the place or long-terms may feel treaten by newcomers but still... I’ve never seen something like that besote. Management staff changes every few months… how do they expect to get long-term results?

capable lab with inexpensive price point

Unethical, underhanded, exploitative, unstructured, disorganized in every sense with a novice grasp on how business is LEGALLY conducted in America. Beware of third world intimidation tactics and skewed archaic reasoning to handle business- everyone turns a blind eye to discrimination and harassment. Unrealistic goals are expected with little to no funds correctly allocated to support and execute a logical plan. This company is backwards and whomever is recruited to pick up the pieces from often villainized predecessors is in for a rude awakening with SENSELESS demands and wild goose hunts being imposed by higher ups; little to no grasp on what a healthy work environment is. This is why nothing gets done and credibility has yet to be established by this so called "dermocosmetic" brand. Free thinkers, ingenues and experienced professionals are not welcome here.
