Pros

Nothing remotely positive to say

Cons

This was one of the most demoralizing jobs I’ve ever had. Training was minimal and poorly structured. Senior leadership insisted on doing all the onboarding themselves but showed little commitment to actually supporting new hires. Communication was slow and inconsistent—basic questions often went unanswered for days, which made it difficult to succeed in the role. There was an unspoken expectation to work beyond standard business hours (9am–6pm), with no acknowledgment or support. The work environment was isolating, with little effort made to integrate new employees into the broader team. Concerns about leadership behavior were raised but ignored by higher-ups, even at the international level. Turnover was high, and morale was consistently low. If you value transparency, support, and a healthy work environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros

Staff that genuinely care about the product and clients.

Cons

Lack of consultation with senior staff on operations of company. ‘Influential’ leadership introduced has heavily influenced poor morale, enforcing an iron fist approach, removing working flexibility, showing zero respect for staff. Multiple high performing staff resignations directly linked to new AU management.

Pros

- The company has talented developers and interesting projects. - Work setup and communication tools are convenient. - Timelines were generally reasonable, and workload was manageable. - Good pay and compensation

Cons

- Feedback and evaluation were inconsistent. My team lead openly admitted limited time to review my work, yet used old or minor feedback as justification for negative evaluations - Decisions made are pre-determined rather than recent discussions or context - Communication with leadership was one-sided - they expected transparency but rarely practiced it in return - Corporate politics if they don't like you - focuses on fault finding over growth where good work was overshadowed by nitpicking
